Ever since I was introduced to agriculture by my parents, and their parents before them, we have never really been able to meet our sales targets, let alone surpass it. I want to break that chain and see my family heritage to a more successful era.

I also recently joined two farmers’ cooperatives to seek partnerships with other farmers in Manyu to explore the possibility of diversification, mixed crop farming and so many other benefits like machinery to transform my crops, better ways of preservation, storage etc.

I had just got back from what should be characterised as my most tedious day and was lying down, waiting for my wife to prepare a warm bath for me.
